I changed my SIP password on the MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net) and now I am not getting a dial tone on my ConnectTime Broadband Phone.
On the MyPhone Portal, the RESIDENTIAL CONNECTTIME BROADBAND PHONE menu screen, there is an option, "Change phone registration password". This option allows you to change the SIP (Session Initiation protocol) password for your Cisco ATA to log in to the North Pittsburgh Telephone (NPT) network. Your ATA, while connected, syncs up with the NPT network on an hourly basis. If you modify your SIP password you may have to power cycle your ATA to pull its updated configuration from the NPT network. To power cycle your ATA, unplug it and plug it back in. This will cause it to pull its configuration immediately.

I have dial tone but I cannot place a call.
Ensure that your ethernet cable is connected to both your Cisco ATA and to your router. If you do not have a green ACT (Activity) light on your Cisco ATA, move your Ethernet cable to a different port in your router and/or replace the ethernet cable.

How do I use the Click to Call feature?
Click to Call is a feature that allows you to simply click a phone number listed in your call list to dial the number. To dial a number in your call list, click the number. This will ring your ConnectTime Broadband Phone. You should then pick up your receiver. The "clicked" number will be automatically dialed.

We are currently experiencing an issue where you may not hear ring back for a call that is dialed, but rather will hear dead air until the recipient intercepts the call. Be assured that your call is being connected. Our engineers are working on addressing this issue.
