Online Account Management - Using the MyPhone Portal
To manage your ConnectTime Broadband Phone service online, go to the MyPhone Portal at myphone.connecttime.net. Log in using your assigned ConnectTime Broadband Phone username and password.
Select the Screening button to turn on anonymous call rejection
Select the + on the Phone Book window to view, add and delete Contacts and to set Speed Dial entries.
Select the + on the Speed Dial window to view and to auto dial contacts set up for Speed Dial. Speed Dial settings are initially created in Phone Book entries.
Select the + on the Dial window. Enter a telephone number that you wish to dial or select a number from your Phone Book by clicking the drop-down box. Click Dial. Your ConnectTime Broadband Phone will ring. When you pick the handset up the number that you dialed through the Dial window will be called.
Select the + on the My Calls window to view the details of your received calls.
A green arrow indicates an incoming call.
A blue arrow indicates an outgoing call.
A red arrow indicates a missed call.
Select the + on the Voice Mail window to view and listen to new voice mail messages.
Select Call Forwarding to establish call forwarding settings. Highlight the bullet to the left of the setting that you wish to use. Available options are None, Forward To, Sequential Forwarding, and Schedule Forwarding.
Select None to send unanswered calls to a number that you specify or to voice mail. Click Save to save settings or click Cancel to remove settings.
Select Forward To to send all calls to a number that you specify or to voice mail. Click Save to save settings or click Cancel to remove settings.
Select Sequential Forwarding to send all calls to a series of sequential numbers or to voicemail, as specified by you. Click Save to save settings or click Cancel to remove settings.
Select Schedule Forwarding to forward all calls according to a schedule that you specify.
Click Add to create a schedule for call forwarding. Click OK to save the schedule you created or click Cancel to cancel creation of the schedule. Click Save to save schedule settings.
Select the + on the Parental Controls window to view account information, modify phone features, and change your password to log in to the MyPhone Portal. Note: Your Parental Controls password cannot be changed here. You must call Technical Support [724-940-HELP] to request to change your Parental Controls password.
Log in to Parental Controls using the following for both Admin Name and Admin Password:
"connect + the 10-digit account number found on your North Pittsburgh Telephone Company invoice," no spaces or dashes. For example: connectxxxxxxxxxx.
Select Personal Info on the Parental Controls window to modify personal information associated with your account, such as Email address.
Select Features on the Parental Controls window to enable and disable phone features, such as Anonymous Call Rejection and Call Waiting.
Select Change Password on the Parental Controls window to change your MyPhone Portal password. Note: Your Parental Controls password cannot be changed here. You must call Technical Support [724-940-HELP] to request to change your Parental Controls password.
Select the + on the My Account window to modify contact numbers and to set Ring Time associated with forwarding calls to contact numbers from your ConnectTime Broadband Phone number. Click Save to save settings or click Cancel to remove settings.
