Call Forward - Do Not Answer
Call Forward - Do Not Answer allows you to automatically redirect all calls to another telephone number when you do not answer your ConnectTime Broadband Phone. By saving call forwarding settings on your MyPhone Portal, you can quickly re-direct ConnectTime Broadband Phone calls to another number directly from your MyPhone Portal.

Call Forward - Unconditional
Call Forward - Unconditional gives you the option to automatically redirect all calls from your ConnectTime Broadband Phone number to another phone number or to transfer calls directly to your voicemail. Using your MyPhone Portal, call forwarding can be enabled even when you are away from your ConnectTime Broadband Phone.

Call Hold with Music
ConnectTime Broadband Phone allows you to place an active call on hold by pressing the flash key/switch hook. The caller will then hear music until you press the flash key/switch hook again to resume the call.

Call Logs
Call logs itemize the calling activity on your ConnectTime Broadband Phone for the last 10 calls for each of three categories: Missed, Incoming, and Outgoing. For each call, the logs list the date, time of day, name, phone number, and duration of the call. From the Call Logs, you can also place a call using click-to-call with your ConnectTime Broadband Phone.

Call Waiting/Call Waiting Disable
Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming call while you are already talking to another caller. A special tone lets you know that a second caller is trying to reach you. The second caller will hear a ring until you answer. To put the first caller on hold and answer the second caller, press the flash key/switch hook once. You can toggle back and forth between both calls as many times as you would like by pressing the flash button.

Call Waiting Disable allows you to disable Call Waiting by pressing *70 on your ConnectTime Broadband Phone before placing a call. Once you hang up, the Call Waiting feature will automatically reset. You can also disable Call Waiting at the MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net).

Caller ID
Caller ID lets you see an incoming caller's phone number before answering the call. With Caller ID, when your phone rings, the incoming caller's number appears on the display screen of your phone provided your phone has Caller ID capability.

Caller ID - Per Call Blocking
Per Call Block prevents your Caller ID information from being transmitted on any outgoing call by dialing *67 before dialing the number to be called. Caller ID Block works only for the duration of one call. After that call is completed, Caller ID will return to its previous status.

Caller ID - Call Block Delivery
There is no need to use *67 each time you make a call. Simply set up Call Block Delivery from the MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net) and all of your calls are anonymous until you disable the feature.

You can deactivate Call Block Delivery on a per call basis by dialing *82 prior to making the call. This allows your Caller ID information to be passed. Once you hang up, your Caller ID information will be blocked for all future calls unless you dial *82 before making a call.

Click-to-Dial
Click-to-Dial automatically dials any phone number that is saved in your call logs or address book at the MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net). By clicking on a phone number, the ConnectTime Broadband Phone adapter will dial the number. When dialing is complete, your ConnectTime Broadband Phone will ring, indicating that you should now pick up the handset. Once you pick up the handset, the line of the person you are calling will ring.

Call Treatments
Call Treatments are a convenient way to predefine how callers can reach you. The Call Treatments feature lets you choose whose calls you will accept. This feature is available at the MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net.

To use the Call Treatments feature:
1. Add a contact to you address book and assign them to a group (VIPs, Friends, Family, etc.) using the Group drop-down menu.

Like an answering machine or a standard voice mail account, visual voice mail captures all voice mail messages left on your ConnectTime Broadband Phone account. The benefit of visual voice mail is that it displays information about these messages at the ConnectTime Broadband Phone MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net).

Message Notification
  • After a message has been left, a special "interrupted dial tone" will be played when you pick up your ConnectTime Broadband Phone handset. This special tone indicates that an unheard voice mail message has been left for you.
  • You can sign in to the ConnectTime Broadband Phone MyPhone Portal (http://myphone.connecttime.net) and click "Mailbox" to see any messages have been left in your Voice Mailbox. To listen to the Voice Mail messages from your computer, click on the attached wav file.
